Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy sets out what you can and can't do with a Tsop Tech hosting, domain, or email account. It's part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to everyone using our Services.

1. Prohibited content

Illegal content under Cyprus or EU law.
Malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to compromise another system.
Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
Content that harasses, threatens, or defames others.

2. Prohibited activities

Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) from or through our Services.
Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or attempting unauthorised access to systems you don't own.
Running denial-of-service tools, botnets, or other traffic designed to disrupt other networks.
Any activity that materially degrades service for other customers sharing the same infrastructure.

3. Fair use of resources

Shared hosting plans are sized for typical websites and mailboxes. If an account's resource usage (CPU, memory, I/O) consistently affects the stability of the shared server, we'll reach out to discuss options — including moving to a higher-tier plan — before taking any restrictive action.

4. Reporting abuse

If you believe content or activity on our network violates this Policy, email [email protected] with the details (URL, IP, and a description of the issue) and we'll investigate.

5. Consequences

A breach of this Policy may result in content removal, service suspension, or termination, depending on severity — up to and including immediate suspension without notice for serious or ongoing violations, per our Terms & Conditions.
