Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 20 August 2026

This page explains your right to withdraw from a purchase, and how cancellation works for each type of service we offer.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have 14 days from the date of your order to withdraw without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise it, contact us via a support ticket within that window.

2. How this applies by service type

ServiceWithdrawal right
Hosting (before activation)Full refund within 14 days.
Hosting (after you've requested immediate activation)By requesting immediate activation at checkout, you agree the service begins right away and the withdrawal right ends once it's been fully provided — this is standard for instantly-provisioned digital services under the Directive.
Domain registrationNon-refundable once submitted to the registry — the registration is passed to a third party (the registry) immediately on order, which is one of the Directive's standard exceptions.
Professional services (web development, etc.)Governed by the scope of work agreed for that project; contact us to discuss.

3. Cancelling an ongoing subscription

You can cancel a recurring hosting plan at any time from your client area, or by opening a support ticket. Cancellation stops future billing from the next renewal date. Outside the 14-day withdrawal window described above, fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded unless required by law.

4. Non-payment & suspension

If an invoice goes unpaid, the affected service may be suspended and, after continued non-payment, terminated. See our Terms & Conditions for the full process.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

Open a support ticket with your account details and the service in question. We aim to respond within one business day.
